Take Pride in What you Eat

One of the powers of local food is its diversity...the varieties, colours & flavours of the abundance that comes each season are so much more than what you see on the grocery store shelves.  It can be seen in the vegetables, the eggs and in so much more.  Local food is inherently about celebrating diversity.

Which is one of the reasons why we immediately said yes, back in April, when we were invited to advertise with INspired Media, the Greater Toronto Area’s largest queer media organization.  You can download their free digital  'I Will Survive 2020:  A Pandemic Production' issue here or enjoy Dave's interview with the publisher, Antoine Elhashem by watching this YouTube video.

Our featured organization to support is the 519 Community Centre.  100% of donation goes towards organization of choice. This means if you donate $75, all $75 goes towards the organization. The Virtual Farmers Market covers all processing fees.

The 519
is committed to the health, happiness and full participation of the LGBTQ2S communities. A City of Toronto agency with an innovative model of Service, Space and Leadership, we strive to make a real difference in people’s lives, while working to promote inclusion, understanding and respect.  You can make a direct donation here or add a donation to your shopping cart.
