Bayfield Provisions is a boutique granola bakery that originated in the village of Bayfield, Ontario, but is now based in Toronto's east end. We craft deeply flavoured small-batch granolas fresh weekly, using local gluten-free oats, local maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil and lots of good-for-you nuts, seeds & fruits.
Our signature granolas are uniquely and unapologetically spice-driven, brimming with flavours of black cardamom, Vietnamese cinnamon, star anise, sea salt and pure Madagascan vanilla. Most are free of gluten and dairy, and all are free of refined sugars and unnatural ingredients. Each batch is mixed, tasted, slow-roasted and packaged by hand, before making its way to you.
