We've made another small batch, seasonal honey!
First, we whip our clover honey. This forces the honey to crystallize very finely, giving it a smooth, buttery consistency.
This flavor infused with fellow Canadian Company, Saltwest Naturals chocolate caramel sea salt. This sea salt combines deep notes of dark chocolate, natural caramel and raincoast flaked sea salt. When added to our creamed honey, the result is a perfectly balanced blend of salt, sweet, chocolate and caramel.
About the salt: the Rainforest Flor de Sal is hand-harvested off the coast of Vancouver Island from the mother brine in small batches, producing a delicate flake.
