Ingredients: 00 Neapolitan Pizza Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, San Marzano Tomato Sauce
This handmade parbaked frozen pizza is based on the Naples style pizza dough. It is fermented in two stages, one for 18-48 hours, and the second stage or 12-24 hours (half of which is spent as a ball).
To Use: Add your favourite toppings, bake at about 400F for 7 minutes. Enjoy!
