Spent barley grains used to make beer -> Montreal style Bagels

These Montreal style Bagels are freshly baked every day with ingredients you can actually pronounce.

Just as traditional Montreal-style bagels, Spent Goods' bagels are rolled by hand and baked in a wood-fired oven.

What makes these bagels extra special?
Taste - Wood oven fired bagels with the aroma of onion and garlic.

Plant based -  unlike the traditional recipe, does not include honey or eggs.
20% of the dough contains upcycled spent grains (leftover barley grains already used by breweries to make beer. By diverting these grains, you help to reduce potential greenhouse gases and retain high fibre and protein of barley)

Dough: Wheat flour, water, brewery barley grains, vegetable canola oil, gluten, malt flour, salt, and dried yeast.

Topping: Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, garlic and salt.

By enjoying our Spent Goods, you are directly helping to reduce greenhouse gases. We believe you can do something about climate change, one bagel at a time.

Upcycled in Toronto by Bagel Time with leftover barley grains from Louis Cifer.

Shelf life:  4 days in a bag at room temperature. Freeze up to 6 months.

Contains a quantity of 4 bagels per pack - net weight of 400 g
