This handmade raw, frozen pizza dough is based on the Naples style pizza dough. It is fermented in two stages, one for 18-48 hours, and the second stage or 12-24 hours (half of which is spent as a ball). 

To Use: Thaw and leave at fridge or room temperature to finish the fermentation stage. Take it out on the morning of the night you intend to use it and allow to come to room temperature. Stretch or toss into a pizza shape, put on your favourite toppings, bake on the highest temperature your oven can manage for 7 minutes, or until cooked through. Enjoy!
