Each Foggy River tea is a blend of pure herbs grown, harvested, and dried by hand right on Kate & Phil's farm. Each herb is ecologically grown with intention, focused on sustaining the health of their farm, the land around it, and the ecosystem it is a part of.
Mama Herbal Tea:
Your daily nourishing infusion! A mineral rich blend to support women through the childbearing years & beyond.
Best steeped 4-8 hours (we steep overnight). Can be enjoyed hot, room temperature, or ice cold (our favourite). Keep leftovers refrigerated and enjoy within 24 hours. Tip: try adding a pinch of mint!

Sleep Herbal Tea:
Relax and unwind with a lovely caffeine-free infusion of our farm grown herbs. You'll drift off into dreamland thanks to chamomile and valerian flower -- two of nature's most popular sleepytime ingredients.
Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Valerian Flower*, Catnip
*Valerian has well documented use as an exceptional herb for falling asleep, a good night's sleep, and for waking without the usual grogginess of other sleep aids. In a small percentage of the population, valerian has the opposite effect -- it can cause agitation, giddiness, restlessness, and sleeplessness.
