Brilliant green with dark red veins, this spinach is sweet and tender and long lasting. Great flavour and colour. You've never had spinach taste this good.
Easily enough for two side salads, or one large. 150g spinach is shown here in a 2.6L pyrex container.
Spinach is excellent both raw and cooked. It is a great addition to your salad mix, sauteed down into a side dish, added into smoothies, sauces, purees, soups, stews, pastry fillings, or dips. It can be wilted or boiled, added into casseroles, or used as mini wraps. Spinach can be blanched and frozen for longer storage in the off-season months.
