Austrian Crescent Potatoes, Organic

These potatoes are a heirloom variety with thin yellow skin and gold flesh. The fingerling tubers can sometimes grow into a crescent shape. The waxy flesh holds up well when the potatoes are boiled - making them great for soups and stews. They are also excellent roasted.
