filling: Mozzarella cheese, Canadian bacon, prunes.


Baking instructions:
1.  Preheat oven to 425°F.  
2.  Bake frozen empanadas for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, for an extra shine you can brush them with oil or egg wash.
