Ingredients: Dough: Wheat flour, water, shortening, cornstarch, salt. Filling: mozzarella cheese, Spanish Chorizo
Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Bake frozen empanadas for 5 minutes, remove from oven and brush them with oil or egg wash bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Let cool for 4 minutes.
