Market Opens

The Market is restocked every Friday evening
Each week the Market is restocked with deliciously diverse food from 100+ small local producers!

These items are the expected harvest of the small farms, new seasonal ingredients and new prepared foods.

Homes place their orders
You can place your order anytime (though we recommend waiting till Friday evening when we restock!).

Same Week Delivery
We usually deliver the same week that we get your order.
Just keep in mind that the the cutoff is 4pm the day before we deliver to your neighbourhood.

For example, if we visit your neighbourhood on Wednesdays, you have until 4pm Tuesday to place an order for next day delivery.  If you miss the 4pm cutoff, we will deliver your order the next week.

Farmers

Food is Harvested or Prepared and Brought to our Food Hub

The real magic of Graze & Gather is how we coordinate the 'just-in-time' delivery of local foods to your doorstep.

Through a combination of Subscriptions (where homes place a standing order for ingredients) and several years of experience we confirm quantities with producers and send the van around to pickup the food from their farms and businesses.

Door Delivery

Package & Delivery
Our delivery day starts at 8am with the team picking and packing your order.  We load it on to the van so that the drivers can leave the farm around 11am.

You receive an email after placing your order, confirming details and the delivery day.  The day before, you receive a text with the two hour window on when to expect us.  Then another text when our driver is 15 minute away.

If for some reason we can't deliver an ingredient, we get in touch before your delivery.

Green House

Packaging Return
We are striving for zero food waste, and this extends to packaging.
You are invited to return cardboard boxes, ice packs, insulating wrap, egg cartons and jars so that they can re-used.

Satisfaction
The farmers, producers and the Graze & Gather team are seriously passionate about delivering ingredients that make you smile.

Each Friday on the week of your delivery, you well get an email asking you for feedback.

If we ever get it wrong (and we do, we're all human) then you are encouraged to let us know by replying to that email, talking to our driver, calling the team, sending a passenger pigeon, doing a TikTok viral dance, or any other way you want to help improve this community of farmers and food lovers!
