9 pieces of beef momo and 9 pieces vegan.

Vegan MoMo: Cabbage, Carrot, leek, spinach, potato, garlic, sunflower and wrapped in organic flour.

Beef MoMo: Ontario ground Beef, Onion, Sunflower oil and wrapped in organic flour.

Cooking Instructions:

Can be cooked in three different ways: Steam, Pan fried or Soup.

Pan fried: Need non-stick frying Pan, add teaspoon of oil, set up momo and add water after a minute bring heat to medium and cook 10-15 minutes.

Steaming: Need a Steamer and apply oil and put almost full the base pot with water and on high heat and steam for 10-15 minutes.

Adding on Soup: Add on any soup and cook them for 10-15 minutes.

I was born in Nepal to Tibetan parents who fled Tibet during the Communist Chinese occupation. My parents, along with thousands of other Tibetans were scattered across the neighbouring lands of Nepal, India and Bhutan. Scattered, yet bound together by His Holiness Dalai Lama. MoMos are Tibetan version of Dumplings and they are commonly known in many south Asian country. Our MoMo are not ‘just food’. They are made with love and hold many memories of my dear father, family, friends and my life in Nepal. All of our MoMo are made with local produce from Ontario farmers, which I source directly from the farmers. TC Tibetan MoMo started at a Farmers Market in 2012 at Wychwood Barn with other Tibetan women as part of volunteers. Slowly and steadily become as a part of life and has now spread its wings to be a part of many other Farmers Markets across Toronto.  It is now part of a bigger family with a flow of regular customers who continually show their support, encouragement and kindness at these markets. We are proud to say that TC Tibetan MoMo Take-Out now open for Public. I am very grateful to my family, friends and regular customers who continually support me with their encouragement, loyalty and kindness.
