Miso is a 3,000 year-old Chinese condiment. Ying Ying's miso paste is a family recipe and is only produced in small batches with an extended fermentation period of six months or more. Use it in soups, salad dressings and dips.
Miso Paste can be stored for up to one year in the refrigerator after opening.
