This handmade parbaked frozen pizza is based on the Naples style pizza dough. It is fermented in two stages, one for 18-48 hours, and the second stage or 12-24 hours (half of which is spent as a ball). 

To Use: Add your favourite toppings, bake at about 400F for 7 minutes. Enjoy!
