Our pizza dough base incorporates a whopping 30% brewery barley grains that have already been used to make beer.
We use an unbleached, untreated, GMO free flour, making our pizza easier to digest and a great source of fibre. Our tomato sauce is high in vitamin C, low in fat and boosts lycopene levels. We use fresh lean cheese with low sodium content.
By diverting these grains from going to waste, we're taking a significant step of broadening our audience while reducing climate change, one slice at a time.
