Tourtière, also known as pork pie, is a traditional French-Canadian pie enjoyed throughout Canada and New England. It is made with Pinewynd Pork of course, onions, beef broth, potato flakes, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic.
All baked in traditional piecrust: flour, lard, shortening, water, egg, vinegar. A delicious, hardy and filling 2lb+ pie.
Bake from frozen; in the oven at 350f for 1hr or until golden brown and bubbling.
