Salsa, Zesty (500 mL)

Tallboots Farm is based in Newtonville, Ontario, just south of the 401 and just north of the craggy shores of Lake Ontario. Run by Robin and Gary, this farm grows a wide variety of berries, including Triple Crown blackberries, Tulameen red raspberries, Fall Gold yellow raspberries, black raspberries, Royal Purple raspberries, red and black currants, and tayberries (a cross between a blackberry and raspberry). They make all their preserves, jams, jellies, and other baked goods on site, using produce they don't grow from other small farms in the area whenever possible. Their extensive line runs the gambit of traditional farm canning recipes developed to make the most of every harvest and extend it far into the winter months. They also have pick your own during the berry seasons.
