Abokichi

Abokichi is a proudly Canadian food company inspired by the fusion of Japanese and global culinary traditions. Founded by Jess and Fumi after discovering the convenience and nourishment of Japanese onigiri in Tokyo, Abokichi set out to bring wholesome, minimally processed Japanese foods to Canadians. Their commitment to natural ingredients led to the creation of OKAZU, an award-winning line of miso-based sesame oil condiments available in Chili Miso, Curry Miso, and Spicy Chili varieties. Abokichi also produces ABO Miso Soup, a vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO instant soup made with organic ingredients and traditional fermentation techniques.
