Lamb

Our lamb comes from Ontario farmers across Durham and the Kawarthas, many of them families who graze their flocks in rotation, along with a few local processors and butchers. Ontario lamb is seasonal, so the range shifts with what our farmers have ready, and everything arrives frozen.

You will find chops, roasts, shanks, stewing cuts, ground lamb and sausages, plus bones, organ meats and the occasional whole lamb for the freezer. It is an ingredient built for slow cooking and long Sunday tables, so gather everyone in and let a braise do the work.

Weekly delivery to Toronto, the GTA, Durham Region, Peterborough and the Kawarthas and Northumberland.
