Delivery Policy

We aim to get good food to you, safely and reliably. Here’s how delivery works across our service area in Ontario.


Delivery Windows

Choose the time window that best fits your day:

  • Flexible (2:30–8:00 p.m.) — available for all deliveries; free on orders $100+

  • Preferred Windows (doorstep only):

    • Afternoon (2:30–5:00 p.m.) — add $3.75

    • Evening (5:00–8:00 p.m.) — add $3.75

  • Condo unit deliveries are Flexible window only (no early/late). 


Delivery Options & Rates (CAD)

1) Delivery to your building’s doorstep

  • Orders $100+: Free

  • Orders under $100: $8.50

2) Delivery to your apartment or condo unit

Unit deliveries are available in the Flexible (2:30–8:00 p.m.) window only (no early/late). Please include parking details, buzzer code, and any access notes so our driver can reach your unit.

  • Orders $100+: $10.00 (unit fee)

  • Orders under $100: $18.50 ($8.50 base + $10.00 unit fee)

Quick examples:

  • $120 order to doorstep, Flexible window → $0

  • $120 order to doorstep, Evening window → $3.75

  • $120 order to condo unit, Flexible window → $10.00

  • $75 order to doorstep, Evening window → $8.50 + $3.75 = $12.25

  • $75 order to condo unit, Flexible window → $18.50


How Delivery Day Works

  • The night before: we’ll email your delivery window.

  • When we’re close: you’ll get a text when the driver is a few stops away.

  • On arrival: our driver will knock and call. Please keep your phone on.

  • Where we leave your order: with you directly, or in a clearly marked cooler or container at your front door (if you’ve told us to do that).

It will always be a member of our team delivering your groceries. We’ll make every reasonable attempt to reach you—because when it comes to your food, we’re not leaving it out for porch pirates or squirrels.


If We Can’t Reach You

If you’re not available to receive the delivery—and there’s no clearly marked cooler/container with prior instructions—the food goes back on the truck. We do not leave groceries unattended at your door if we’re unable to make contact.

Refunds for missed deliveries:

  • Non‑perishable items: refundable.

  • Perishable items: not refundable.

If something’s come up, reply to your delivery email or text as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.


Notes & Tips

  • For unit deliveries, providing clear parking/access instructions helps keep things moving for you and your neighbours.

  • If your building has strict access rules, please notify your concierge/security that we’re coming.
