Baking supplies from producers who take ingredients seriously - flour, sugar, chocolate, leavening agents, and other staples sourced with more care than the commodity version. Our baking selection includes stone-milled flour from Ontario mills, Canadian maple sugar and syrup, high-quality chocolate for baking, vanilla, specialty fats, and other building blocks for scratch cooking. Not everything in this category originates in Ontario - vanilla, cacao, and some specialty grains travel further - but we choose suppliers whose sourcing we'd stand behind. #FoodWithNothingToHide
