Spices & Seasoning

The spices here come from small producers and blenders in Toronto and across Canada, from growers who raise Ontario garlic by hand, and from farmer cooperatives in Kerala, India. The range covers single spices, rubs and blends, garlic powder and hand harvested sea salt.

Spices don't grow in Ontario, and we won't pretend they do. Whole spices keep their flavour longer than ground ones, so crack peppercorns fresh, simmer cloves in cider, and rub a pork shoulder for a fall Sunday roast. Gather a few to build your own blends.
