Condiments and Sauces

Behind these jars and bottles are small makers who cook in small batches and make a deliberate choice about what goes in. The range runs from mustards, chutneys, relish and ketchup to hot sauces, miso condiments, pasta sauces, tomato paste, dressings, mayonnaise and pesto.

Not every one is made in Ontario, and we won't pretend it is, since some come from Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. Stir a chutney into autumn roasted vegetables, spread a mustard on a sandwich, or gather a jar of pasta sauce for an easy supper at home. Availability follows what each maker has ready.
