Naturally leavened breads, sandwich loaves, and dinner rolls from small Ontario bakeries who take their process seriously. Our bread selection includes sourdough loaves made with long ferments, whole grain sandwich breads, seeded ryes, soft dinner rolls, and specialty breads tied to what's in season. Ontario bakers in our network source heritage and locally milled flours where available. Bread is baked fresh and delivered on a short window - it's meant to be eaten, not preserved.
