Bread & Rolls

Our breads come from small Ontario bakeries. Some bake 100% sourdough on a slow 24 hour ferment, from country white and multigrain to light rye, while others make bagels, buns, pretzels, English muffins and demi baguettes using barley grain rescued from local breweries.

These ingredients arrive frozen, so thaw what you need and keep the rest for later. The demi baguettes are parbaked and finish in your own oven. Gather a loaf for the week and graze on the rest.

Weekly delivery to Toronto, the GTA, Durham Region, Peterborough and the Kawarthas and Northumberland.
