Eggs

Our eggs come from Ontario farms we know by name. Each farmer raises their hens in their own way, and we list the egg types and sizes as each farm has them.

Egg supply follows the flock, so some weeks a size or type may be limited. Soft-boil them for toast, fold them into a squash frittata, or bake a simple custard for dessert at home. Gather a dozen with your weekly order.
