Wild and farmed game from Ontario - venison, bison, wild boar, rabbit, and other proteins raised or harvested in Ontario's fields and forests. Our game selection includes farm-raised venison from Ontario deer farms, Ontario bison, wild boar, and occasionally wild-harvested game when available through licensed channels. Game is leaner than conventional meat, often more flavourful, and usually raised or harvested in a way that's significantly different from industrial protein production.
