Pasture-raised Ontario beef from farms where cattle have room to graze and a feed program we'd be comfortable with. Our beef selection includes ground beef, roasts, steaks, stewing cuts, bones for broth, and specialty cuts from Ontario cattle farms in the Kawartha, Peterborough, and GTA regions. We prioritize farms that raise cattle on pasture through the grazing season and are transparent about how they finish their animals. Availability shifts with what farms bring to market.
