Oil and Vinegar

Our vinegar shelf leans local, with unpasteurized and organic apple cider vinegar and organic white vinegar made by Ontario farmers, and chili oils made in Scarborough.

Olives and wine grapes aren't Ontario crops, and we won't pretend they are. For those, we gather from producers we trust further afield: organic extra virgin olive oil from Tunisia, organic balsamic and sunflower oil from Italy, organic wine vinegars from Quebec, and toasted sesame oil.

Weekly delivery to Toronto, the GTA, Durham Region, Peterborough and the Kawarthas and Northumberland.
