Cheese is a craft that belongs to the people who make and age it. This range includes Ontario cheesemakers and dairy farms, from soft cheeses to aged cheddars.

Our cheese isn't Ontario-only, and we won't pretend it is. Some of the best cheese in Canada comes from Quebec, so cheesemakers there are here too, along with Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy. Gather a board for the weekend, grate aged cheddar over autumn soup, or melt something creamy into a gratin at home.
