Wild-caught fish and seafood from Canadian waters - Arctic char and other cold-water species from Canada's north, wild salmon and halibut from BC's Pacific coast, and freshwater fish from Ontario lakes when in season. Our fish and seafood selection isn't Ontario-only, and we won't pretend it is. Canada has exceptional fisheries on both coasts and in the north, and the fish that comes from them - harvested sustainably and handled well - is some of the best available.
