Our soups and broths collection includes chicken, beef, and vegetable stocks made from Ontario-raised bones and seasonal produce, bone broths simmered for depth and collagen, and seasonal soups that follow what's in the fields - summer corn chowders, fall squash bisques, winter root vegetable soups, and spring pea and herb purées. All are made in small batches without industrial shortcuts. Availability shifts weekly with the season.
