Le Pain des Fleurs began in 2000 in France's Haute-Loire with a single idea: show off organic buckwheat in a light, crunchy crispbread. The brand takes its name from the white flowers of the buckwheat plant, and every crispbread is still made in Haute-Loire in workshops dedicated to gluten-free baking.
The Buckwheat is the original, light and crisp with a toasty, nutty flavour. Top it with Ontario goat cheese and a drizzle of local honey, smoked trout and crème fraîche, or smashed avocado, or simply graze on it with soup.
