Description

ChocoSol makes bean-to-bar dark chocolate in Toronto. The business began in Oaxaca, Mexico in 2004 and has been grinding cacao in Toronto since 2006, roasting and winnowing raw beans and stone-grinding them on volcanic stone wheels for a rustic, richly textured bar.

A lightly sweetened 65% dark chocolate spiced with ginger and turmeric, warm and gently peppery. Pair it with a cup of black tea, or chop it into oatmeal cookies.
