Description

Spade and Spoon is a small batch preserves company run by Blythe Weber and Adam Smith on their farm in Northumberland County, Ontario, between Warkworth and Campbellford. Many of the ingredients are grown right on the farm without chemical pesticides or fertilizers, and the rest come from trusted neighbouring farms.

Apple Curry Chutney balances apples, raisins, onions, garlic and madras curry, with a bit of bite and a lot of flavour. Spoon it over sharp cheeses, serve it alongside roast chicken, or stir a dollop into chicken or egg salad sandwiches.
