Pluck, a Toronto tea maker founded in 2012, hand-blends its teas in its own midtown facility and has its organic teas certified by Pro-Cert. Fields of Green is an organic, full leaf, high altitude green tea with full green tea flavour and none of the bitterness.
Steep it in water just off the boil and the leaves can be infused a second time. In warmer weather, brew it strong, chill it, and stir in a spoonful of your favourite fruit jam for a naturally flavoured iced green tea.
