Description

This is about as close to homemade mayo as you can buy. Maison Orphée, a family-run, B Corp-certified producer in Québec City, makes it with sunflower oil, whole eggs and yolks, their own organic apple cider vinegar and a little lemon. There's no added sugar, no colouring and no artificial preservatives.

It's light and creamy, and the producer says it has about a third less sodium per serving than Canada's best-selling mayonnaise. Spread it on a ripe tomato sandwich, fold it into a creamy coleslaw, or use it as the base for your own sauces and dips at home.
