Goldenrod Honey (375g)

Goldenrod blooms in abundance in late summer, and Dave and Keri Nicolaou of Hunnabees in Millbrook, Ontario gather their goldenrod honey as the season turns. It is golden to deep amber in colour with a light, floral character.

Drizzle it over roasted squash and sweet potatoes, stir it into hot apple cider or tea, or spoon it onto a plate of aged cheddar and apple slices.
