Description

Spade and Spoon is a small batch preserves company run by Blythe Weber and Adam Smith on their farm in Northumberland County, Ontario, between Warkworth and Campbellford. Their first garden went in where Blythe's grandmother Iva once gardened, and this relish comes straight from Iva's recipe book.

Iva's Cucumber Relish is a classic sweet relish with a balance of cucumber, onion and mustard. Pile it on burgers and sausages, or toss some into chicken or egg salad sandwiches.
