Description

Spade and Spoon is a small batch preserves company run by Blythe Weber and Adam Smith on their farm in Northumberland County, Ontario, between Warkworth and Campbellford. Many of the ingredients are grown right on the farm without chemical pesticides or fertilizers, and the rest come from trusted neighbouring farms.

This is no squeezable ketchup. Hot n' Sweet is a traditional chunky ketchup sweetened mainly with Ontario apples, peaches, pears and raisins. It is great on burgers, grilled cheese, scrambled eggs, quiche, mac and cheese and tourtière.
