Sunflower Kitchen began in 1995 as a home to home vegan meal service run from the home kitchen of Eldad and Nurith: she cooked and he delivered. Today the family owned company makes its foods in Toronto, and its organic soups come in 700ml mason jars, certified gluten free and kosher parve.

This soup is a garden of vegetables and beans in a herby tomato broth with brown rice pasta. Open the lid, heat it and it is ready to eat. Serve it with crusty bread for an easy lunch.
