Le Pain des Fleurs began in 2000 in France's Haute-Loire with a single idea: show off organic buckwheat in a light, crunchy crispbread. Every crispbread in the range is still made in Haute-Loire in workshops dedicated to gluten-free baking.

The Multi-Grain blends gluten-free grains into a deliciously light, crisp cracker with a mild, toasty flavour. Enjoy it plain, or top it with hummus and roasted vegetables, a soft Ontario cheese, or a spoonful of fall chutney. It also makes an easy snack to graze on at any time of the day.
