Oak Manor Farms is a family owned organic mill in Oxford County, Ontario. Delton Reibling bought the farm in 1943, and in 1975 the family began milling with a stone mill and sifter, a tradition the Reibling family carries on today.
Their Organic Steel Cut Oats are oat groats cut into coarse pieces, with a hearty chew that makes a satisfying breakfast cereal. Soak them overnight for quicker cooking in the morning, then simmer with fall apples or pears, cinnamon and a spoonful of maple syrup. Canadian grown and processed.
