Description

Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. began in 2015 as a home hobby in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and word of mouth turned it into a full production company. Every sauce is made in small batches in their own Thunder Bay facility, with peppers fermented the traditional way and no added water, thickeners or chemical preservatives.

Pineapple Habanero is their latest collaboration with an Ontario craft brewery, made with Thunder Bay's Sleeping Giant Brewery and its award winning Beaver Duck session IPA. It is boldly fruity and bright but savoury, with an approachable balance of heat and flavour. Try it on grilled pork, tacos or pizza. Heat: 5 out of 10.
