Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. began in 2015 as a home hobby in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and word of mouth turned it into a full production company. Every sauce is made in small batches in their own Thunder Bay facility, with peppers fermented the traditional way and no added water, thickeners or chemical preservatives.

Red Habanero is the sauce that started it all, with the balanced heat of red habaneros, the sweetness of bell peppers and the brightness of fresh lime.
