This Thai green curry sauce is a spicy coconut sauce with green chillies, basil, lemongrass and ginger, vegan, gluten free and good for 4 to 6 servings. Thaw it in the fridge overnight, empty it into a saucepan with a cup of milk or water, add any protein or vegetables you like, and simmer gently.
