Bioitalia is a family-owned company in Sarno, near Salerno in southern Italy. The Di Costanzo family works with organic wheat farmers, and each pasta is registered on a blockchain so it can be traced from field to package.
Spaghetti is the everyday classic, long and thin and made for the most typical Mediterranean dishes. Twirl it with fresh tomato and basil in late summer, with garlic and chili in winter, or with a handful of cheese and cracked pepper when you want something quick.
