Spade and Spoon is a family farm in Northumberland County, Ontario, run by Blythe Weber and Adam Smith. Gordon's pickles are their classic garlic dills, canned as the cucumbers are picked, something only a cucumber farmer could do. This spicy version adds a little heat to that fresh crunch.
