Bioitalia is a family-run organic food business founded in 1994 and based in Sarno, in Italy's Campania region. This organic sunflower oil is mechanically pressed, with a neutral taste, a light aroma and a colour that ranges from pale yellow to golden.
Its mild character will not overpower a dish. Use it for mayonnaise and dressings, for frying, as a cold finishing oil, or in baking as a stand-in for butter. Gather a bottle for the home pantry.
