Dave and Keri Nicolaou have grown Thai chilli peppers in their own farm garden in Millbrook, Ontario since 2019. They infuse those chillies into their local honey for a balance of spicy and sweet.
Drizzle it over pizza, scrambled eggs or roasted vegetables, glaze it onto chicken wings, or whisk it into a homemade salad dressing.
